We all know it’s important to look after our physical health. But looking after our mental health is just as important. Mental health is about how we think, feel and act – and how we deal with life.
Regular exercise, eating well and getting enough sleep can all help. Talking with people you trust about what’s going on in your life is important too. There are lots of things you can do to look after your mental health, it depends what you’re into. What do you think would work for you?
