Everyone has times when they feel good and when they feel bad. Recognising how you’re feeling is the first step to looking after your mental health.

If there have been more good times than bad recently, acknowledge it and be grateful. And if there have been more bad times then help is out there. Why not try talking to someone about how you feel? It can really help. There are other things you can do too, like exercising, eating something healthy, treating yourself to some self-care like getting your hair done, or getting a good night’s sleep.
